Massaman Curry chicken bowl

I recently had the pleasure of tasting this wonderfull mix of flavors and instantly new i had to recreate it!

Chicken, potatoes, oninons, curry with notes of ginger, cumin, lemon grass, garlic, peanuts and slight spice. Served over jasmine rice.
