Grandmas Flounder
A glimpse of a day in the life of 6 year old me…. A long, hard day builing sandcastles at Narragansett beach. On the way home Grandma has to stop at IGA, the post office and the fish market. Which meant we were having one of my favorite meals.. (She usually made fish and johnny cakes) Buttered ritz cracker and breadcrumbs toasted on top of flounder fillets served with green beans and roasted potatoes
